Windows 8.1 was a great update for Windows 8 users, but those who wanted to go back to the core operating system had a really hard time because the process of removing it was fairly complex.
In Windows 8.1 Update 1, on the other hand, it all comes down to just a few steps, as it can be removed just like all the other Windows updates from the “Uninstall an update” screen in Control Panel.
