The intuitively-called Windows 8.1 Start Button Changer is a tiny tool that does exactly what its name suggests: it gives you the power to change the Start button with just a few clicks.
Simply launch the app, click the “Change” button and browse for any other image you wish to use a Start button. The program automatically resizes the picture to fit the left bottom corner of the screen, so it should all take just a few seconds.
As you might guess, the app works exclusively on Windows 8.1, with both 32- and 64-bit versions of the operating systems now supported.
