Microsoft has published yet another Windows 8.1 commercial, this time trying to show that a small tablet running the new operating system is the perfect companion in tight places. Including on those small airplane seats, that is.

Of course, Redmond praises the touch support and the apps available on Windows 8.1, explaining that Office also helps get the job done wherever you are.

While it’s pretty hard to imagine exactly how you would work in Office in such a tight place, Microsoft has slowly turned to funny commercials for its “new Windows,” most likely in an attempt to reach a wider audience.

Windows 8.1 is already up for grabs for all users, with Windows 8 adopters allowed to download it for free from the store. Everybody else needs to pay at least $119.99 (€90) to purchase a core license for the operating system.
