Back at CES 2010, we were pretty sure that, throughout the year, we'd see an absolutely huge number of Internet tablets hitting the shelves, and although, to some extent, our expectations have been met, the truth of the matter is that number of such products that arrived on the market is not that mind-blowing high, especially when talking about tablets that run the Windows 7 operating system from Microsoft.

However, it seems that after Samsung rolled out the already famous Galaxy Tab Android tablet, their Korean rivals from LG have decided to go for Windows 7 and rolled-out officially (albeit, just on their home market, for the time being) the LG E-NOTE H1000B tablet, that provides a mix of rather interesting features with some other that are actually a bit old (and moving fast towards obsolete status).

So, first and foremost, it's important to mention that the 10.1-inch tablet (1366 x 768 capacitive touch display) from LG is powered by the Intel Atom Z530 processor running at 1.6GHz, which, to be perfectly honest, was the logical choice, just about all of the other tablets out there running the Windows 7 Starter operating system providing a somewhat similar configuration.

However, this platform is not exactly a big novelty, with Intel's Oak Trail and Moorestown being prepared right now, so LG will hopefully update the tablet once the newer platforms arrive.

The list of technical specs also includes 1GB of RAM memory and a built-in 16GB SSD, which is certainly an interesting option, since it will surely improve the tablet's overall functioning speed.

Additionally, the device offers a Bluetooth 3.0 module and all flavors of Wi-Fi, 2 x USB 2.0 ports, an SD card slot, as well as a Windows button, plus volume and power buttons.

The tablet is selling in a bundle with a a cradle stand and stylus pen, as well as a portable WiMAX router (WiBro in Korea) with one price plan at 961,000 won ($851), which is not exactly a very small price, compared to some of the other tablets (even Windows 7 – running ones) available out there.
