It's not stable enough to be released to Windows Insiders

Microsoft has already released Windows 10 for Phones Technical Preview back in February and already updated the new operating system twice.

Although the latest build (10052) was only a minor update over the previous version, it still added some features that weren't active in build 10051.

Since Microsoft promised that it will update Windows 10 for Phones Technical Preview more frequently, we expect the company to release at least two new builds per month.

These new builds will only be available to users who opted for “Fast” ring, which means they will be the first to receive updated Windows 10 for Phones Technical Preview versions.

Even though the latest build was released only several days ago, the Redmond-based company has a few new versions in the works right now.

We already reported on another build that leaked directly from China and was tagged with the 12544 version number.

This particular build brings lots of new features and improvements, as well as updated applications that are usually included in Windows 10 for Phones.

Microsoft still has a lot to work to make this build stable

Today, another build leaked via Polish forum WindowsMania.pl, but there aren't too many details regarding the changes included.

In fact, according to the leaker, because this version (10070) is so unstable and it offers only limited functionality, he was only able to take a screenshot from the home screen.

Thankfully, one the changes that we noticed seems to affect the home screen. Everyone that used a Windows Phone handsets before will notice that the distance between the live tiles on the home screen has been reduced.

We got nothing else concerning the new improvements in build 10070 and we don't expect Microsoft to release it anytime soon, since it's quite unstable for the moment.

Anyway, what do you think about Microsoft's new take on the home screen? Do you prefer the old patter with more space between live tiles, or the new approach?
