Everyone can now give the new build a try

Leaked screenshots of Windows 10 build 10125 reached the web over the weekend, and fortunately, ISOs that allow us to download and install this new version are now available as well.

The new Windows 10 build 10125 ISOs are available for both x86 and x64 computers, and can be found online on file-sharing websites, but as usual, we can't provide you with the download links for obvious reasons.

Also, you need to keep in mind that Microsoft does not recommend users to download and install leaked builds because they could be unstable and cause a number of problems on computers they're being deployed on, so you should stick to the latest official builds if you don't know what you're doing.

New icons and Start menu tweaks

Build 10125 comes with a new icon pack, as Microsoft is trying to address the criticism it had to deal with after having rolled out build 9926. At that time, the majority of users complained that Windows 10 icons looked too childish, and some even demonstrated that the Recycle Bin icon could be designed in Paint in less than 5 minutes.

With this new release, officially shipped to partners throughout the weekend, Microsoft finally tackles this problem, so expect these icons to be part of RTM too.

Start menu tweaks are also being offered as part of this build, and among them is a new quick way to find installed apps on your computer. New jump lists that match the dark theme configured as default in Windows 10 are also being provided.

Windows 10 build 10125 seems to be more polished than 10122, which is the latest build rolled out for insiders, and this could be a sign that RTM is just around the corner. According to people close to the matter, Windows 10 RTM should be ready in June, before its public launch in July or August.
