The official website is going through new makeover as Radionomy completes the acquisition

Radionomy announced in January that it reached an agreement with AOL to purchase Winamp media player and the adjacent services, including the Shoutcast music streaming service.

As a result, the official website Winamp.com is now undergoing a major refresh as the new owner is taking over all services, so download links are no longer available, while community forums are also being refreshed as we speak.

A short post on the Winamp forums reveal that the redesign is going to be completed soon and the download links should be restored in the coming days.

"The winamp.com website is currently undergoing heavy work and an almost-completely new redesign. As a result, many features will be unavailable, including some in-client services. The Winamp downloads will also be temporarily unavailable whilst code licensed to/by the previous owner is removed/replaced," the post reads.

Of course, Softpedia is still hosting the installers, so you can download Winamp 5 for Windows right now.
