WinRAR 4.10 beta 5 Released

A new beta build for WinRAR 4.10 has been released, getting the application closer to a stable version. The modifications brought to the table by WinRAR 4.10 beta 5 include no new features, but fixes some bugs.

“switch –n” command did not work correctly when used with “–ep1” parameter and file masks including paths. This has been repaired in the current build.

The second bug fix refers to self-extracting archives in “temporary mode.” They would return the exit code of setup program increased by 1000, even if “Wait and return exit code” option was disabled.

The current release of the archive manager is available for both 32-bit and 64-bit systems. At the moment, localization is available only in English and Norwegian, but new languages will continue to be added in the following days.
