Yes, you have read right. And you can also read on to find out just how you can win a Free Full License of Windows Vista Business or a Free Full License of Microsoft Office
Professional 2007. Microsoft has debuted “The Power Together Campaign.”

In order to be eligible for either a free copy of Vista Business of Office professional 2007, you have to sign in with Powertogether. Furthermore participation in at least three of the web casts and/or virtual lab sessions made available on the website is mandatory in order to qualify for the prizes.

“Windows Vista and Microsoft Office are great on their own, but with each other, it's the Power of Together. Learn how to tap their power,” reads a message posted on the website.

“In order to register at www.powertogether.com, you may be asked to provide personal information including name, telephone, and address. All personal information gathered during registration will be subject to Microsoft’s privacy policy. Limit one gift per person per Offer. These offers are non-transferable,” informs Microsoft.

The Powertogether Campaign will expire on February 28, 2007. Additionally, Microsoft informed that the initiative is limited by the stock of Vista Ultimate and Office Professional 2007. If the supplies run out prior to February 28, the campaign will also be disallowed, so you'd better hurry up.

The only catch is that the campaign is open solely to residents of the United States. Additionally, there is an age limitation, only persons 18+ being able to participate. Click here to access Powertogether.

I work for Texas A&M University under a grant through the Department of Homeland Security. I teach a simulation driven incident management course designed to prepare emergency responders from throughout the country for response to catastrophic incidents.

As an education professional, I would love the opportunity to participate in this program and evaluate microsoft office and vista for my program as well as to support my educational pursuits.
