RIAA sues paralyzed man in Michigan while he lived in Florida.

Yeah, once more the lovely check-ladies in the company looked back at me and told me that I am not to use the 4-letter words I had in mind for this article. This just isn't fair, I mean... these nasty words are the sole words I can think of using as I read about RIAA's latest bravery in the fierce battle against music piracy (reading "for fattening up their wallets").

Just when you and I were thinking that RIAA is coming closer and closer to the human limit of reason as far as their stupid lawsuits are concerned, we're all proved wrong as it looks like the stupidity has indeed no limit whatsoever.

After threatening students in all major universities across the US and families who have never had a computer, the RIAA has passed on to the next level and sued John Paladuk, a disabled man. Mr. Paladuk has his left side of the body paralyzed as a result of a stroke which occurred in 2006 and his only income is the disability check he receives from the railroad company he worked for.

Well, RIAA measured their forces and after some debates they thought they could go on and put up a fight with Mr. Paladuk who must definitely be one of the secret chiefs of music piracy and the head of an interplanetary conspiracy against RIAA... so they f***ing sued the man for copyright infringements which have allegedly taken place in Michigan.

Now, this would be all cool if John Paladuk hadn't lived in Florida during the period of time the RIAA fat a**es claim these illegal activities were carried out. Now, don't let yourselves be fooled by the fact that a crippled poor man in the condition of Mr. Paladuk may look inoffensive: you all know such people travel long distances - such as the one from Florida to Michigan (this is an alleatory example) - just to download some songs and then hurry back.

RIAA are becoming more full of s**t each passing day and keep giving the entire planet more and more reasons to terribly hate them. Now, I must confess that they're missing a very important case which, once won, will grant them a heap of money.

Check this: some time ago, reportedly, there was a wedding in Cana where named Jesus Christ attended and provided with booze. Witnesses say that the music played at the wedding party was not copyrighted, thus? someone should stand trial... does this give you any ides, RIAA?
