Will Jacko Get a Fair Trial?

In the latest civil trial involving the 'Bad' artist, Jackson chose not to appear in front of the jury because, his attorney said, he is currently living in Bahrain. But speculation has it that the King of Pop is actually afraid of showing his face to the jurors, due to the fact that it's already known that three of the twelve selected believe that he's a child molester.

So, instead, he opted for a taped deposition that was done last year, in September and that, according to reports from the written press, does nothing else but to prove the state of confusion the artist is in.

When asked if he paid Schaffel, the former business associate that has filed the law suit against Jacko, he answered that he's sure he did 'because he [always] seemed happy'. Furthermore, Jackson implied that Schaffel is the one that owns money, but couldn't give a reasonable argument to back up his theory.

In lesser words, it seems that this is one legal problem that Michael won't be able to get out of, especially considering the persons selected as jurors. One of them actually said that it's hard not to have some opinions about the King, considering all that has been said about him during the past ten years.

Add to that the fact that the six men and six women that are to impartially decide Jacko's fate all burst into an uncontrollable fit of laughter when a nurse stated that she saw Jackson and that he is 'wonderful with the kids'. Seems like we've got ourselves one pretty partial jury.
