Want your tablet to feel more like a game controller? Then leave it up to WikiPad to come to your rescue.

The company also sells 7-inch Android tablets, but most recently it has pushed out a gaming accessory that converts your tablet into a fully-fledged gaming device with physical buttons.

The company is currently developing prototypes that will work with Android and Windows 8 tablets, so for the time being the iPad is not in the cards, says AndroidGuys.

The Gamevice won’t be available for purchase until later this year and when it does come, it will include analog sticks, D-Pads, shoulder buttons and A,B,X and Y buttons.

But given the fact that these days Android games are developed to be used mostly within a touch-sensitive environment, the Gamevice might not attract a wide range of customers.

On top of that, most Windows and Android slates are game controller friendly (via USB or Bluetooth) and there's plenty of Android tablets with gamepads and physical buttons, so the new Gamevice will have to navigate a pretty crowded market.
