Wii games at least don't have you sitting on your arse while playing

As it always goes, scientists have to step up every once in a while to tell the world stuff that is just common knowledge really. This time around they're declaring the Wii as NOT a substitute for doing real sport
since expending 60kcal (250 kJ) per gameplay hour isn't enough to make people lose weight.
