Wii Sports Played on GBA - Moders Style

Another useless mod has surfaced but this time we aren't talking about a PS2 toaster, this is an interaction between two Nintendo consoles, the GBA and the Wii. One bored moder thought of fusing the two consoles so that he could play Wii Sports and Zelda on
his favorite handheld.

GoNintendo.com has a video showing how exactly the mod works. From what I can see, this is only a screen mod. They are only using the GBA's screen and speakers, not the console itself. The GBA consists of a tiny LCD screen, so of course it can be used to project anything, as long as someone will find a way to cross wires between the screen and whatever they want to project (the wii, in this case).

It looks kind of funny, but some might call it a useless novelty. It's just a Wii playing on a tiny LCD screen, which just happens to be a GBA. They could have easily have done with a PSP as well, which would actually be better, because then, you would get the 16:9 support for Zelda too.

What is interesting about the video showing the mod is that he is never showing the button of the handheld. This could mean that this mod is a fake and that he is playing a video. You know that there's a bunch of movie players for the GBA, and if he was indeed playing a movie, the movie player would be sticking out, therefore why show the bottom of the console? It might give you away dear moder!
