The Luxury Digital Leather Wristwatch

You might not satisfy your multimedia needs with its tiny display, but you can impress some work colleagues with it. Who needs regular watches these days when there are so many other alternatives these days?

Take for instance the Luxury Digital Leather Wristwatch, which lets you play MP3, WMA, JPEG and even MP4 SMV files. But that's not all, you get other features as well, like digital recording via its built-in microphones, lyric display and e-book browsing.

The watch has a 1.5 inch (3.81 centimeters) OLED display, which might be enough for music and the basic watch features, but for images and video it's not what you'd call an enthralling experience. Another problem is the limited 1GB internal memory, which cannot compete with the more powerful standalone mp3 players.

On the other hand, it appears that the watch has a good build quality, the case being made of stainless steel and the strap being made of genuine leather (this might upset some PETA activists).

The sound quality is not stellar, but it's not bad either, at least if we are to believe the quoted SNR of over 88dB. You also get 5 equalizer modes with "Super bass 3D sound effect". The little sucker is powered by a Hi Li-Ion rechargeable battery, which can be charged in two ways: via USB or wall socket. The good news is that the 1.5 hours of charge time will give you approximately 8 hours of music playback.

The Luxury Digital Leather Wristwatch is available for around $100, quite a good price for the features it packs inside.

However, if you'd like a more classic watch, you can also go for the Relativity Watch, which looks normal, but works in a rather unique way. The numbers are always rotating, but on the other hand, the pointers always tell the exact time. This thing will hypnotize you using its spinning numbers. With each passing second, the numbers on the watch rotate, making 3:00 into 9:00 in 30 seconds.
