Whitney Houston's will has been filed and, according to reports now making the rounds online, it names 19-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina as the sole inheritor. Almost everything goes to her.

The singer passed away this January from what is believed to have been an accidental overdose on prescription pills.

An exact cause of death is still to be determined, pending on the results of the toxicology.

In the meantime, Radar Online informs that Whitney's will has been filed, naming Bobbi Kristina as beneficiary.

“Whitney Houston's will has been filed with a court in Atlanta, Georgia, and the bulk of her estate will be going to her only daughter, Bobbi Kristina,” the celebrity e-zine writes.

However, it won't be another 2 years before she can dispose of the money and property as she sees fit, the will mentions.

“The will is very straightforward and states that Whitney's assets, real estate, jewelry, clothing and cars will all go to Bobbi Kristina. The money will be held in a trust until she turns 21, she just turned 19 several days ago,” Radar reports.

“The executors of the will and estate are Whitney's mother, Cissy Houston, her brother Gary and her sister-in-law, Pat Houston,” adds the same media outlet.

The will also includes a clause that says that, had Bobbi Kristina passed away before Whitney, her fortune would have been divided between her ex-husband Bobby Brown, her mother, her brother and sister-in-law.

In other related news, the first interview with Bobbi Kristina since Whitney's tragic and unexpected passing will air this Sunday on OWN, as part of an Oprah TV special.

Also invited on the show are the singer's brother and sister-in-law, with previews hinting they will talk about Bobby Brown, Whitney's death and addiction, and Bobbi Kristina's future, as we also reported just a few days ago.
