The long awaited white version of iPhone 4 is finally almost on shelves. Today, Apple announced that the new device should hit shelves in various markets around the world, including the UK, where it would be picked up by at least two wireless carriers, namely Three UK and O2 UK.

Today, both companies announced that they plan on making the new mobile phone available for purchase starting with tomorrow, April 28th.

Moreover, they confirmed that the new device would be put on sale at the same price tag as the black variant is available with.

Not to mention that the device sports the same features and capabilities as the black iPhone 4 flavor, including Apple’s Retina display, which can deliver the highest resolution display available in a mobile phone today.

The white version of iPhone 4 also comes with a fast application processor inside. The black flavor was launched in various models, depending on the internal memory.

Starting tomorrow, UK mobile phone users can head over to Three UK's stores around the country, as well as online on the company's website to make a purchase.

On a £25 per month plan, users can get the new handset for a £229 upfront cost. The monthly plan also bring them, a mix of 300 minutes & texts and 500MB of Internet.

O2 also confirmed that the white version of iPhone 4 would hit its stores tomorrow, and that it would be available for pay monthly users.

“Our tariffs will be the same as for the device’s much-loved and well-established black cousin, starting from £21.50 per month on a 24 month contract with 100 minutes, 500 texts, 20 MMS, inclusive tethering and 500MB of data, and an upfront cost of £304.99,” the wireless carrier announced.

As stated above, the white version of iPhone 4 was launched in other markets around the world as well, and should hit shelves at more wireless carriers starting tomorrow.
