14 DAY TRIAL // Microsoft has just unleashed a brand new Xbox 360 and Kinect bundle that’s now on sale, which includes special glossy white editions of the two devices, as well as a white controller and two games in the form of Kinect Sports and Kinect Adventures.
The Xbox 360 has been selling very well in recent years, with Microsoft making sure to capitalize on its popularity by pushing the Kinect sensor onto existing owners and offering special bundles to those who’ve yet to get in on the current console generation.
Now, ahead of the release of the Star Wars Xbox 360 and Kinect bundle, Microsoft has deployed another special package, which has a special glossy white theme.
“Today we are announcing the Xbox 360 Special Edition 4GB Kinect Family Bundle,” Microsoft’s Xbox Live community manager Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb revealed.
“This limited edition bundle includes a glossy white Xbox 360 4GB console, glossy white Kinect sensor, white Xbox 360 wireless controller and a copy of two of the most popular Kinect tiles: Kinect Sports and Kinect Adventures as well as a three month subscription to Xbox LIVE Gold.”
The actual bundle is currently available in the U.S. for $299.99 (around €222). The package will be released in other territories like Europe or Brazil in the next few months.
A special edition White Xbox 360 wireless controller is also going to be sold separately for $49.99 (€37) in the U.S. and in other territories.
If white isn’t your favorite color, you can wait until April when the special Star Wars bundle is released, featuring customized designs on the Xbox 360 and the Kinect sensor, based on the movie characters like R2-D2 or C-3PO, as well as a copy of the upcoming Kinect Star Wars game.
