14 DAY TRIAL // A white flavor of the HTC Butterfly Android handset is set to become officially available for purchase in China as soon as tomorrow, and it seems that a lot of users have already showed their interest in the device.
The pale version of the smartphone has reportedly seen over 400,000 pre-orders until now, only one day after online retailer 51buy.com has kicked off reservations for it, micgadget reports.
The smartphone has been available for purchase in China for about a month, but only in Black and Red versions. The white version of HTC Butterfly will be priced at 4,799 Yuan ($772 / €579) just as the previously available iterations.
As UnwiredView notes, the price is still high enough for a top Android device, though the device does come in China with a waterproof screen.
