As promised, the European Commission has posted the results for the introduction of roaming. The companies which have decided not to respond to their Eurotariff regulation and the fees of those that have already switched to the new tariff have all been posted on the European Union's page.

Surprisingly, there are no operators compliant with the regulation at this time, although some of them have not given their response to the European Commission. Moreover, there are many companies that have decided to bring an offer which is more advantageous than the EU's recommendation.

3 is the company which has managed to bring the best offer at a considerably huge distance from other operators. Its call tariff is of 31.57 euro cents in the UK, compared to the 49 euro cents, recommended by the European Union. Moreover, they have cut down their tariff to almost half of the value than previously suggested levels. Subscribers for this company will have the chance of receiving calls with only 12.63 euro cents, compared to the recommended 24 euro cents limit.

3 has announced their decision on the Eurotariff introduction in time, throughout July and will start using it on 30th of August. This means that subscribers for this company will have the chance of using the newly reduced tariffs quite soon.

The new plans will be introduced automatically at the end of August. For a sooner switch to them, subscribers will have to specifically request for them to be introduced. The European Commission is quite satisfied with the way the Eurotariff introduction has been going and there are high chances for things to go just as smoothly from now on.

Among the companies that have yet to announce their Eurotariff prices there are also UK's Virgin Mobile, Romania's Zapp, Latvia's LMT, Greece's Wind Hellas, Estonia's EMT and Elisa, Cyprus's Areeba, as well as Austria's One operator.
