Paris Hilton might be running out of ideas with the speed of light, supposing she ever had any. Any way, she just announced that for one lucky dude in the United States, she will be the hostess of his/her party on New Year's Eve, if that person has enough money to pay her.

And the socialite is not asking that much to show up at your door, either. Her conditions are as follows: the person has to be from Miami, or New York or Los Angeles and has to be able to cough up the modest sum of $100,000, plus expenses, plus a private jet to be at her royal tooshie's disposal.

'BANG Showbiz' quotes an insider as saying: 'Who wouldn't want Paris to throw a party for them? She's got a reputation for throwing some of the most lavish events going - when she's not crashing them that is. However, people might balk at the price, and you have to wonder why she doesn't have better things to do on New Years Eve than throw a party for a stranger?'.

But Paris would better watch out, because she might be left without a thing to do on that special occasion. Carmen Electra is also on the market and anyone interested in having a party organized by the former 'Baywatch' star can get her for half the price... and she doesn't even need a private jet for transportation.

The conditions imposed by Carmen are the same: the person has to be from Miami, Los Angeles or New York and the 'party tax' is set at $50,000 for that magical night. So, boys (and girls) take out your checkbooks 'cause there are Paris and Carmen on sale (not together, unfortunately)!
