When Did She Wear It Better?

It's a proven fact that we all change once the years pass by, inevitably leaving their marks on our bodies. It's called aging. Women are scared crazy by that. A new day, a new wrinkle, a new drama (hehe). When it comes to celebs, things are a little different. Why is that? Easy, plastic surgery anyone? But even so, aging still shows. It cannot be stopped no matter how many cosmetic surgeries you have been submitted to.

The proof of that might be the celeb seen in the picture. Britney Spears that is. Since she has made a comeback in the public eye, Brit has not gotten very good comments but we can always hope that she'll get over this.

What you can see in this picture is almost the same outfit worn by the star in two different years. The first time was back in 2001, at the MTV VMAs and the second time was these past couple of weeks.

What do you think? I think we should take it one step at a time. So�the first look. Besides the fact that she's almost naked in both images, there are some differences. In the first, Brit is dressed in a one piece�see-through outfit. Underneath, we have black lingerie that I kinda like, not to mention that she was much thinner then and that shows. Nice hair and make up, she looked good, fresh. French manicure, tan�the whole ensemble. Different people, different opinions. I for one think that if one has the body to wear such a see-through lace outfit, she should flaunt it shamelessly. On the other hand, if one hasn't the body for it but still wants to wear this, please don't. Do it for the rest of us humans that might see you and, who knows, go blind?!

Let us move on to the second instance that saw Brit Brit, all mature and mother of two, wearing the lace see-through. Do the words "mother of two" tell you something? Like she's not ready to show that much skin yet? Maybe so�but she did. I'm not going to even mention the recent flashings 'cause that's not our subject today. This time around, Spears supposedly sported Victoria's Secret lingerie underneath and even though the pieces are fine�I don't quite know what to say about who wears them. It is obvious that she's not looking that good now. And that back revealing dress was not the prettiest sight of them all. Checked it out for yourselves here. And then, why? Why did she do it? She's not as thin as she was and not as fresh either. Her face says it all. It's not like I'm saying she's ugly 'cause she's not. She's just not ready to wear this kind of outfit again.

I conclude my article by being positive about giving my vote to the "first" Britney and by hoping that she will look like that once more.
