As we’ve reported earlier today, March 9, Apple will hold an event called “Spring Forward” at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, USA. Only selected members of the press have been invited to the event, where Apple will announce all sorts of goodies to make your spring much more pleasant, but a live streaming video will be available for the rest of the world.

Make sure that you bookmark and check our live blog starting 10 AM PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) for photos and news about what will happen at Apple’s “Spring Forward” event today, that is if you don’t own an Apple device (iMac, Macbook, iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad) and watch the live streaming video yourselves.

The main star of the said event, which will begin in approximately one hour from the moment of writing this article, will be Apple Watch, Apple’s first ever smartwatch device. We will be informed about the general availability of Apple Watch, as well as exclusive details that have never been made public before this event, such as battery life, battery charge time, built-in applications, and more.

iOS 8.2 software update for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch

The “Spring Forward” event will most probably last for approximately 2 hours, until 12 PM PT (Pacific Time), during which, Tim Cook and his team will announce all-new 12-inch Retina MacBook Air or even some tiny details about the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, the rebranded Beats-powered music streaming service and some Beats headphones to go with it.

An update to Apple TV and the highly anticipated iOS 8.2 software update for your iDevices (iPhone, iPad, iPod) should also be announced in today’s event. The changelog of the iOS 8.2 operating system has been leaked online a few days ago, so check out the new features here. As usual, Tim Cook will also talk about the latest Apple statistics at the beginning of the event.
