Weston Cage Files for Divorce: Ladies, Daddy Is Back!

Weston Cage will soon be a single man or, as he writes on his Facebook page, “Ladies, Daddy is back!”. The troubled son of actor Nicolas Cage is about to get a divorce from his wife of only 6 months.

Though brief, the marriage was the exact opposite of blissful or peaceful, as we also noted on several past occasions.

Both Weston and Nikki Williams were arrested on a couple of occasions for domestic violence, even at a time she was pregnant with his child, which she seems to have lost.

Either way, they're done, as TMZ can confirm.

“Weston Cage’s marriage lasted three times as long as Kim Kardashian’s union, but alas, it’s succumbed to the same fate,” the e-zine writes.

“Nic’s oldest son filed divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court last week, looking to end his troubled marriage to singer Nikki Williams,” TMZ says.

“Cage cites irreconcilable differences for the split, which comes as a shock to no one, considering they were both arrested for domestic violence against each other after they tied the knot,” adds the same publication.

Shortly after this broke in the news, Weston was boasting about soon being a single man on his Facebook page.

“WELL ITS OFFICAL. THE DIVORCE IS SETTLED! ……………. LADIES, DADDY IS BACK ahahahhahahaahh oh god! its on,” he wrote.

Nikki played it a bit more low-key, changing only her status on the social networking website, and ditching the name Cage from her last name.

The divorce announcement also explains why Nikki was never on board of Weston's upcoming reality show, “Uncaged,” which will star himself and his mother Christina Fulton, who is also coming out with an album bashing her famous ex.

Weston Cage and Nikki Williams were married in a surprise ceremony in April this year, after an engagement that lasted just 2 weeks.
