A 31-year-old man from Vienna, West Virginia, was arrested three times on three different charges on Tuesday, according to local police.

Gregory Allen Horner got in trouble with the authorities three separate times for various activities throughout the same day, said Vienna Police Chief George Young. He somehow managed to break the law repeatedly over the course of just seven hours.

According to a report by The News Center, his first arrest happened after he used a fake prescription for Xanax at a Rite Aid pharmacy on Monday. Police were called to the pharmacy to investigate the issue on Tuesday morning, and while they were there, Horner showed up again with another fake prescription.

The suspect was arrested and released after he posted bond.

After a few hours, police officers went to Horner's home, because someone reported a domestic dispute at the address. The man had entered into a dispute with his wife and was arrested for domestic battery. After the incident, the wife got a protective order against him.

Horner again posted bond and returned to his house on Tuesday evening. But his path crossed again with the police's, as he was arrested again shortly after 5 p.m. for violating the protective order. It was his third arrest within seven hours.

After this last incident, Horner was arraigned and sentenced to a mandatory ten days in prison. He faces one to four years in jail for the charges filed against him.
