The marijuana cheeseburger, even if for some it may seem incredibly attractive, was just an irresponsible employee's mistake that obviously led to her firing and arrest.

When a customer, enjoying a normal meal at the famous fast-food chain Wendy's, discovered a half smoked marijuana joint in the cheeseburger, may have thought that it was the shop's new surprise meal, but actually an unaware worker lost her break-treat.

Amy Seiber is the unlucky employee that unwisely placed her blunt in a customer's burger giving managers a reason for firing and leading police officers to arrest her. The even more unlucky customer who suffered from a kind of food poisoning after eating the special treat and called 911 to report the finding.

The call came from Wendy's Lovejoy, Georgia location and concerned a burger spiced with a half-smoked blunt. The 32-year-old employee admitted that the finding belonged to her, sometimes smoking pot on the job and was immediately arrested for possession of marijuana.

The caller was hospitalized after suffering from symptoms similar to those created by food poisoning. The famous fast-food chain offered to pay for the customer's medical expenses and also offered her a $50 (€36) gift certificate, according to TMZ. That should really make her feel better.

This wouldn't be the first time customers report weird findings in their food, things like pieces of human fingers, condoms, roaches, mice or teeth also made it into people's meals. Just a few weeks ago, a Subway customer reported finding an entire cutting knife in his sandwich and a Walmart ice-cream had a special surprise in the shape of a razor blade.

Nasty employees have been messing with people's food and posting the proof on Twitter or Instagram for everyone to see. One particular Subway “artist” posted photos of him placing his private parts on a sandwich bread and freezing his urine in the restaurant. That may be enough to make anyone sick and never eat fast-food again.
