It's Larry Page, the last one standing

Ladies, you've missed the chance to become rich and famous. Larry Page, the co-founder of Google Inc. has set the date for his wedding to Lucy Southworth. And it's approaching rapidly, in case you think that you still have time.

The San Francisco Chronicle has learned from undisclosed sources that it is going to happen on the 8th of December this year but the location of the big event still remains a mystery. And we all know that Google founders really know how to keep a secret when it comes to weddings. Sergey Brin's wedding six months ago was only found out about after the ceremony had already happened. He married his longtime girlfriend Anne Wojcicki, a biotech entrepreneur and shortly afterwards Google invested 3.9 million $ in her company, 23andMe. It's good to wed the king, huh?

Larry Page, 34, founded Google while a Stanford University computer science doctoral student and is now among the world's wealthiest individuals, with a fortune around $20 billion. He is, by a wide margin, Silicon Valley's richest bachelor. Lucy Southworth is known to have been a biomedical informatics doctoral student at Stanford but it is unclear whether she has graduated or not. Their relationship has been going on for more than a year.

"Many current and former Google employees are expected to attend the wedding, along with Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin business empire, and San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, according to sources familiar with the guest list. Former Vice President Al Gore was also invited but said he can't make it because he will be receiving the Nobel Peace Prize at a ceremony in Oslo, Norway, on Dec. 10," the Chronicle reports.

"Larry Page allowed that, on the list of excuses, that was acceptable," Al Gore said in an interview not too long ago. However he will be present at the ceremony through video conference.

Don't bum out, perhaps something will happen to her and you'll be the chosen one. Just send your CV with a picture, it might work.
