14 DAY TRIAL // Hackers of the Pakistani Cyber Experts group have breached and defaced three websites belonging to Zee TV, an Indian cable and satellite television channel that airs in Europe, the Middle East, Australasia, Africa, Southeast Asia and North America.
The targeted websites are the ones of Zee TV USA (zeetvusa.com), Zee TV South Africa (zeetv.co.za) and Zee TV Canada (zeetvcanada.ca). The sites have been defaced with a message of protest against the Indian occupation of Kashmir.
“Kashmir does not want militarized governance. They just want freedom! Freedom from the evil of the Indian Military!” the hackers wrote on the defaced websites.
At the time of writing, only the website of Zee TV Canada is still defaced. Defacement mirrors have been made available by the hackers on Add-Attack.com.
This isn’t the first time when Pakistani hacktivists target an Indian television. Around a week ago, the Pakistani Haxors Crew defaced the website of Jaya TV.
