The hackers have also breached the site of the AB Bank in Zambia

The website of the United Nations in Botswana (bw.one.un.org) has been hacked and defaced by a member of the Bangladesh Grey Hat Hacker (BGHH) group.

The hacker has added his defacement page to bw.one.un.org/images. The homepage doesn’t appear to be impacted by the attack.

“United Nation Hacked By Ablaze Ever. BD GREY HAT HACKERS,” reads a message posted on the defacement page.

The page also contains the names of the members of BGHH, along with a link to the collective’s Facebook page.

“We hacked the site to protest as UN is not taking proper steps to stop killing of Muslims around the world, and UN is blindly supporting USA and Israel,” one of the hackers told me.

In addition to the United Nations website, the same hackers have also defaced the site of Zambia’s AB Bank (abbank.co.zm).

At the time of writing, both websites are still defaced.
