The official website of the Superior Court of Madera County, California, (madera.courts.ca.gov) has been breached and defaced by an Arab hacker that uses the online moniker “040.”

According to Cyber News, the same hacker is also responsible for breaching two other government websites. 040 has defaced the official website of the Fair Trading Commission of Barbados (ftc.gov.bb) and the Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission of the Philippines (prrc.gov.ph).

The site of the Superior Court of Madera County isn’t the only US government website targeted by the hacker.

Back in December 2012, he hacked the official site of the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce (deq.sc.gov).

The website of the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce is still inaccessible to visitors, despite the fact that several weeks have passed since the attack.
