The official website of the Indian Railways, hosted on the indianrailways.gov.in government domain, has been hacked and defaced by MindCracker, a member of the Pakistan Cyber Army.

The hack comes in response to the attack launched by Indian hackers against the website of Pakistan’s Army.

“Hello Guys. Aooooo Indian Railway Pawned LOL. Go to Hell This hack in reply to Pak Army Website,” the hacker wrote on the defaced website.

It’s worth noting that the hacker hasn’t altered the site’s main page, but one hosted on the er.indianrailways.gov.in subdomain.

Currently, the defacement page has been removed by the site’s administrators.

As HackRead highlights, this isn’t the first time when the Indian Railways website is hacked. Earlier this month, another Pakistani hacker, Ainab of the Pak Cyber Pyrates, defaced several of the site’s subdomains.
