14 DAY TRIAL // WebKitGTK+, a version of the WebKit open source web engine that uses GTK+ as its user-facing front end, is now at version 2.0.1.
WebKitGTK+ 2.0.1 is out and it includes both the WebKit1 and WebKit2 APIs, by default. As for the WebKit1 API, it's now in maintenance mode and the developers will continue to fix any bugs.
Highlights of WebKitGTK+ 2.0.1:
• A crash that occurred in the Web Process, when the UI process finished too early, has been corrected; • The load notification of the main resource has been fixed; • The build with non-bash shells has been corrected.
