14 DAY TRIAL // Good news for WeChat users as Tencent has just announced that a new version is now available for download via Windows Phone Store. Those who already have the application installed on their devices may want to check for an update.
According to the official changelog, WeChat 5.1 comes with new features and improvements, such as the option to press and hold stickers to preview them before downloading.
In addition, the latest update increases the group’s capacity to 100 members. Users will now be able to forward more than one message at a time. There’s also a new option that shows messages not sent in the chat list.
You can now download WeChat for Windows Phone 1.5 for free via Windows Phone Store. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with most devices powered by Windows Phone 7.5 and up.
