Watch the New Cooperative Trailer for Syndicate

Starbreeze, the developer, and Electronic Arts, the publisher, have posted a new trailer for their upcoming Syndicate video game, showing off the cooperative mechanics that players will be able to enjoy.

Players will be able to work together with their friends over the Internet to tackle the challenges of Syndicate.

The game will not use the top down structure of the original game from Bullfrog and will put the players inside the body of an operative who is tasked with perilous tasks by the syndicates that have come to dominate the world.

Apart from their trusty array of weapons players will also have access to a number of powers that allow them to control enemies and order them to commit suicide.

The new Syndicate will be launched on February 21 in North America and three days later in Europe and will be playable on the PC, the Xbox 360 from Microsoft and the PlayStation 3 from Sony.
