Last weekend, with the occasion of RTX 2014 in Austin, Texas, Halo dev 3434 Industries presented a ton of new details on Halo: The Master Chief Collection, and now you can also see and hear everything that was shown and said.

The studio covered pretty much everything there is to know regarding the upcoming collection, also showing off the game's menus and interface, as well as providing a full gameplay walkthrough of the popular Halo 2 multiplayer map Ascension, that got the makeover treatment especially for the Halo 2 Anniversary edition on the Xbox One.

Developer 343 Industries talked about some of Halo 2 Anniversary's main improvements from a design and visual standpoint, also revealing some of the challenges that the update process entailed and how the team managed to surpass the hurdles.

In addition to this, the devs also went into detail about all the additions being made to the game, such as everything running at a smooth 60 frames per second, in improved resolution with reworked lightning.

The video from the event is quite lengthy, but if you're a Halo fan, or aren't up to date with everything that Halo: The Master Chief Collection has to offer and you're on the fence about getting it, it's definitely a worthwhile watch.

The bundle also includes Halo: Nightfall, a digital video series directed by famed filmmaker Ridley Scott, telling the background story of the protagonist of the upcoming Halo 5: Guardians, serving as a prologue to get you going until the game comes out in 2015, around the same time that Steven Spielberg's "Halo The Television Series" is scheduled to launch.

Furthermore, purchasing a copy of Halo: The Master Chief Collection will also get you early multiplayer beta access for Halo 5: Guardians, scheduled to debut around Christmas and to last until the middle of January, on the Xbox One.

The deal also includes all released DLC packs for all the games, including Halo: CE PC maps, leading to an aggregate of over 100 multiplayer maps to enjoy at 1080p resolution. The game's multiplayer will be supported by the dev, and will run on dedicated servers.

Halo 2 Anniversary is part of the Halo: The Master Chief Collection package, alongside Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 3 and Halo 4. The game collection is scheduled for launch later this year, on November 11, exclusively for the Xbox One all-in-one entertainment system from Microsoft.
