Just to give a little bit more context, the footage was allegedly captured in 1991, when this guy might have thought of himself as cool.
He starts off by imitating a lot of Michael Jackson moves while donning a large mustache and an acid-wash denim jacket with its collar popped.
He pairs that with shades and baggy white pants worn with a black belt. He has decided to have his hair up in a style reminiscent of Elvis. He is joined by a second man wearing lack and purple.
The highlight of the clip is the moment in which he dances on crutches, around the 5:45 mark.
