14 DAY TRIAL // A user has posted no less than an hour of gameplay taken from Battlefront III on YouTube, allowing all those fans who were waiting for the game to be launched to see how it might have worked.
Battlefront III was initially under development at Free Radical Entertainment and LucasArts was set to handle publishing duties, as with the previous titles in the series.
The project ran into trouble and the developer was first closed down in 2009 and then bought by Crytek.
After that rumors suggested that a number of new companies have picked up Battlefront III, but the information never became official and it is widely believed that Disney is no longer interested in launching it.
LucasArts is currently working on a new Star Wars 1313 video game that will be set in the universe of the movies and will use a third-person action adventure structure, with a protagonist that lacks any Jedi powers
