The smartphone will be available for purchase beginning this month

Russian company YotaDevices has announced that it will start selling its unusual YotaPhone smartphone featuring two LCD touchscreen displays.

Aside from the usual capacitive touchscreen display included in standard smartphones as well, YotaPhone also sports an e-ink display that is perfect for reading.

Hardware-wise, YotaPhone is equipped with a 1.7GHz dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. The company is expected to launch a 64GB model as well.

YotaPhone is expected to arrive with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box in both black and white colors options.

Both phone’s displays measure 4.3-inch, but the front one supports HD (720p) resolution, whereas the one from the back features 360 x 640 pixels resolution.
