An impressive fire-breathing dragon named Fanny has recently been crowned the world's largest walking robot by Guinness World Records.

The beast stands 30 feet (9.15 meters) tall, and its wings expand over an impressive 40 feet (12.2 meters).

It's creators, i.e. engineers working with German electronics firm Zollner Elektronik AG say that, thanks to the turbo diesel engine and several hydraulic valves that it is fitted with, Fanny can walk on all fours and even flap its wings.

What's more, it can move at about one mile (1.6 kilometers) per hour.

Daily Mail tells us that, every once in a while, Fanny stars in a Bavarian play called “Drachenstich.” As part of the play, the robotic dragon gets stabbed.

Whenever this happens, it squirts out about 21 gallons (80 liters) of fake blood. Pretty cool, right?
