Or download it from Microsoft

A retail kiosk video showcasing Windows Vista Ultimate has been made available for download from Microsoft. The Redmond Company has kept things hush-hush about this release and has not explained in any way its reasons for making the video fragment available. It is certainly not for publicity reasons, as Windows Vista advertisements have become ubiquitous.

The video is a .wmv file published yesterday, February 27, 2007 and is a 118,7 MB download. Apparently, the Windows Vista Ultimate is behind the initiative: "our own team participated in the creation of this video, so that is why you see Ultimate Extras featured prominently. We owe a compliment to Microsoft Studios, who used our content and produced the clip."

The video is seven minutes long, and it will deliver users an overview of Windows Vista Ultimate. However, the presentation is nowhere near convincing users to swarm the stores in search for copies of Windows Vista Ultimate. The video serves the purpose of getting the message through. I have heard numerous users claiming that they cannot find any differences between XP and Vista. Well, if you want a preview of what Vista Ultimate delivers on top of Windows XP, just take a look. You can either follow this link and download the video yourselves or you can simply watch the one embedded at the bottom.

You will be able to see a variety of Windows Vista Ultimate features showcased, from entertainment to mobility and business. Additionally, the video also presents characteristics specific to Windows Vista Ultimate including DreamScene, and BitLocker.
