14 DAY TRIAL // After having brought us a quite entertaining and highly ironic video on how to completely cut down on the harmful emissions our cars are to be held accountable for, The Onion now set their eyes on fracking and present us with a footage that mockingly praises fracking and the benefits its yields.
The way they put it, nothing beats natural gas when it comes to pinning down the 'treasures' our planet has to offer us. Thus, biodiversity can be quite frustrating and exhausting at times, and it is only natural gas and fracking in order to gain access to it that can help boost our morals.
Moreover, this video ironically states that the supposedly limitless resource is to be regarded as the proper solution for our on-going energy crisis, and that, “It would be a crime against man to let all this useful energy go to waste.”
We are not sure why, but for some reason this footage reminds us of an article we wrote today about a politician who seems to consider that fossil fuels are indeed the way to go in order to put a leash on a potential energy crisis lurking around the corners.
