The reboot of VGA show is happening tonight and Viacom, Spike TV's parent company, promises the upcoming video game award show will be nothing like what we've seen over the past couple of years.

Spike TV's VGA has been renamed to VGX in an attempt to transform a show made just for show into something specifically aimed at the core gamer.

It's one of the reasons the show will be streamed live on multiple platforms, including, Xbox, PlayStation, Android, iOS and PC.

Executive producer and co-host, Geoff Keighley promises tons of reveals and exclusives during the three-hours live stream starting on Saturday, December 7 at 6:00 p.m. ET / 3:00 p.m. PT.

And the good news is there won't be any commercial breaks during the show, just “3 hours of wall to wall content,” said Keighley.

Some of the reveals during the show include a Tomb Raider announcement, a quick look at the next installment of the Thief franchise provided by Eidos Montreal, the latest news on Remedy's Quantum Break and Ubisoft's South Park: The Stick of Truth.

Grand Theft Auto 5, Destiny, Broken Age, Bioshock Infinite, a demo of Dying Light and many  world premiere surprises will be present at VGX this year, so make sure you tune in to the live stream below and enjoy the show.
