The video above was first posted on YouTube back in October 2012, when it pretty much took the online community by storm.

Thanks to its maker's admitting that it is a fake video only this past week, the video is back in the spotlight.

To cut a long story short, the footage has gone viral yet again and, while the person behind it maintains that it is all make-believe, almost everybody agrees that it just might be the best UFO hoax video they have ever had the chance to watch.

Aristomenis Tsirbas, the visual effects specialist who created this video, explains that his sole goal was that of showing people what computer generated imagery (CGI, for short) could do.

Apparently, this video took about four months to make, seeing how the skies, the scenery and the car are all computer-generated.

Just for the record, Aristomenis Tsirbas is a CGI specialist who worked on “Titanic” and “Hellboy,” so it is no wonder that this UFO hoax video ended up causing such a stir.
