Hollywood has tricked almost everybody into thinking that time travel is a very complicated issue that only a handful of chosen (and very brainy, I would add) individuals are able to make head and tail of.

Leave it to the folks at Minute Physics to clear things up and teach your average Joe and Jane what time travel is really all about.

The video above was shared on YouTube a couple of days ago, and it explains how and why each and every one of us can travel through time without the help of weird-looking machinery.

Apparently, people can travel through time by standing up or taking a walk around the block.

Spinning, wormholes and negative energy also help, but it might be best to let time travel experts explore these options.
