14 DAY TRIAL // Mexico's Popocatepetl volcano erupted this June 17, and nobody can argue against the fact that it put on one very impressive show. Check out the video above to see it spew ash and rock into its surroundings.
Witnesses say that the volcano popped just like a soda bottle does when somebody decides to give it a good shake and then open it.
The volcano kept spewing ash and rock for about 20 minutes, and people who happened to be nearby were quick to grab their cameras and snap some pictures.
The entire seismic activity was comprised in this 30-second-long time-lapse video.
What's interesting is that, about a month ago, some people said that they had seen a bunch of aliens flying inside this volcano.
It is still unclear whether or not these visitors were the ones who had triggered the eruption or if perhaps they were simple victims of Popocatepetl's wrath.
