It would appear it’s high time to pick up those geography books again

For some reason, an Internet user has decided to ask Google Now how many countries there are in the world. The reply he got, available in the video above, is nothing short of mindblowing.

Long story short, Google Now is quite convinced that our planet houses over 189 quadrillion independent countries.

That's 189 quadrillion, 191 trillion, 192 billion, 193 million, 194,000, 195 or 196, to be more precise.

The video was shared on YouTube just a few days ago, and folks seem to be having a blast watching it over and over again.

“This is too good not to share. I love you, Google Now. Never Change,” one viewer commented.

I don't know about you, but I for one am quite glad and thankful that Google Now's fascinating answer on the question of how many countries there are in the world is wrong.

If it were right, imagine how stressful geography lessons would have been in high school.
