Ballmer steals the show at LA Clippers preseason game

Tired of Steve Ballmer? You can’t be. Wherever the former Microsoft CEO and currently number one individual shareholder of the company goes, he easily steals the show by going bananas when you expect the least.

The same happened during a Los Angeles Clippers preseason (yes, preseason, which is mostly a friendly game for all soccer fans out there), when Steve Ballmer got so excited about his team’s performance that the started shouting like he used to do during his tenure at Microsoft.

There’s no doubt that both the man and the woman seating right next to Ballmer had a different show to watch not only during the game but also at the end of it, when the former Microsoft CEO helped the team throw T-shirts to fans.

If this makes any difference, Ballmer has every reason in the world to be happy when his team wins a game, as he invested no more and no less than $2 billion (1.5 billion Euro) to buy the Clippers after giving up on Microsoft almost entirely.

Ballmer was replaced at the helm of Microsoft by Satya Nadella in February this year and he stepped down as board member during the summer. However, he continues to be the number one individual shareholder, just above Microsoft’s co-founder Bill Gates, who keeps selling his stakes on an annual basis.
