A man identified online as Starbucks Drake Hands guy is an aspiring singer, and one of his videos is attached below.

Brody Ryan became famous for a clip of him oddly stroking his face and moving his hands in an attempt to be seductive. It hit YouTube after a girl he was asking out sent it to a friend.

“I was just stunned. I was in tears of laughter. I couldn’t believe it. [...] I’ve never been sent anything like that before,” model and actress Piper Kennedy recalls.

In the viral clip, he models and changes poses while Drake’s “Hold On, We’re Going Home” is playing in the background.

Ryan, of Columbus, Ohio, launched his career as a singer using pseudonym “Shy F.A.M.E.” (Find A Meaning in Everything).

He was a part of an “electro hip-hop stylized group called, Tha Steez,” which broke up when one of the members got arrested.

Brody also studied Art and Graphic Design at Bowling Green State University in Ohio, before moving to California.

According to the Daily Mail, the girl whose number he asked for has now agreed to go out with him.

“The way he’s handling it now is showing his personality but I don’t know if there will be romance.

“We do need to see each other in person. There could be a funny friendship because it was such a unique way to meet somebody,” Kennedy says.

The man posting the viral video of Brody online is music label HeavyROc Music head Benjamin Ruttner, from New York.

“I put it up purely because I thought it was hilarious and am a huge fan of Drake so it was perfect. It became an inside joke between a couple of DJ friends and I.

“We never thought it would be this big. My friend was very entertained as she ok'd me to post the video in the first place but she too never thought it would turn into this,” he says.
