PETA asks that people never buy clothing made from leather and/or fur

The video above was brought to us by green-oriented organization PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), and its sole purpose is that of convincing certain fashion enthusiasts to quit their habit of buying and wearing pieces of clothing made from animal skin and/or fur.

As one can easily notice, the idea PETA is desperately trying to drill in these people's heads is pretty straightforward.

Given the fact that seeing animals strut around in human skin in disturbing, to say the least, how can slaughtering various species for the sake of fashion be OK?

“Millions of animals are slaughtered for fashion every year. What if the tables were turned? What if humans had to endure the painful skinning that animals endure for 'fashion'? Before buying real skins, put yourself in the animals' position,” PETA urges.
