Oprah's recent interview with singer and artist Rihanna brought to light some aspects of the latter's personal life which up until now eluded her fans and the public eye.

Thus, it seems that Rihanna is still very much attached to her former boyfriend, Chris Brown, in spite of everything that happened between them.

As Rihanna explains, she and Chris Brown are for the time being very close friends and nothing more. In her own words, “We're very, very close friends. We built a trust again and that's it.”

However, nobody can say for sure what the future will bring as they still feel for each other. “We love each other and probably always will,” Rihanna confessed to Oprah.

Add to this the fact that the singer admitted to regarding Chris Brown as “the love of her life,” and serious doubts can indeed be raised with respect to how this friendship will transform itself as time goes by.

Just as a reminder, Rihanna and Chris Brown broke up about three years ago, after he attacked her in quite a brutal manner.
